Mind Fit Performance

The vision of Mind Fit Performance LLC started after experiencing many injuries and surgeries during my collegiate soccer and softball career. While rehabbing back to health and sport, I realized a major missing piece on my road to recovery was support in rebuilding my mindset. Recovering mentally from my injuries proved harder than the physical journey, and thus my path towards becoming a  Mental Performance Consultant began. Being an athlete as well as experiencing injuries solidified what I already knew; mentality plays a major factor in optimal performance, both positively and negatively. I wanted to become an expert in this field and provide the help and guidance to others I wish I had during my athletic performance journey.
