TORRANCE, Calif. – July 9, 2018 – AYSO United is excited to announce Neil Bailey will assume the role as Director of Coaching for AYSO United Silicon Valley.
Neil brings a wealth of experience to the organization. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Bournemouth in Sports Development and Coaching Sciences and prior to his role with AYSO United, Neil worked with various Regions in the Northern California area, helping implement their Player Development programs to improve the AYSO experience for the core player.
“We are delighted to add Neil to our elite Director of Coaching staff and look forward to the impact he will have on the AYSO United Silicon Valley program as well as the AYSO Core programs,” shared James Janosz, Director of Youth Affiliates for AYSO United. “Neil will bring a tremendous work ethic and passion for growing the AYSO program and establishing AYSO United as the premier club program in the Silicon Valley.”
In addition to his previous coaching and leadership experience, Neil is also a USSF ‘D’ licensed and qualified English Football Association coach.

We have a tremendous leadership team in Section 2 that will support the growth of the Club and Core programs,” said Neil Bailey, AYSO United Silicon Director of Coaching. “I look forward to collaborating with all levels of the organization to ensure that we are bringing a world-class youth soccer experience to the AYSO United player.”
