How these Pro Soccer AYSO Alum Are Training From Home

With this period of social distancing set in place, it is vital for us to remain at home to flatten the curve of COVID-19. Unfortunately, this means that our beloved soccer seasons have been placed on hold and we will spend some time away from the fields but this does not have to mean that your amazing soccer skills have to diminish! Now, more than ever, we have to be more creative in finding new ways to stay fit within our home environment. Some of our professional soccer AYSO alum, current and retired, are finding some of the most inventive ways.
