SETUP

• Small groups set up an activity with coach direction.
• A rotating Equipment Manager checks that balls and pinnies are ready.

PLAY

• As players arrive, they start playing right away in teams the coach sets.
• Let players call their own restarts, and step in to help settle disagreements.
• A player leads the water-break question (“What’s one thing that worked?”).

PRACTICE

• Players choose their challenge level: bigger or smaller space, extra defender.
• Ask a question and let pairs find the answer before you show it.
• Ask for a volunteer to demonstrate instead of the coach showing it first.

GAME DAY

• Each player sets one goal before the game and checks it after.
• Rotate captains so every player leads the warm-up or handshake.
