Directives and Procedures

This Webinar will assist Regions, Areas and Sections to understand how to comply with laws and AYSO policies and procedures regarding payment for services, including some traditionally provided by AYSO volunteers.  It will discuss the care that must be taken to ensure that practices are in compliance so that AYSO is not exposed to liability claims and monetary penalties.

Good business procedures including what services can be contracted, competitive bidding, approval of all arrangements by the local board and the National Executive Director, IRS 1099 Reporting Policies and questions about the Directives and Procedures will be covered.
