National Bylaws

The National Bylaws describe how AYSO operates as a nonprofit corporation within the law. The national structure is defined; the national organization duties and responsibilities are outlined, as well as the responsibilities of a Region. This official version, effective May, 2012 was ratified by the Executive Members at the 2012 National Annual General Meeting (NAGM) in Seattle, Washington.
