On Monday, we reached out to our Facebook fans and asked "How long have you been part of the AYSO family?"
 
In return, we received a multitude of wonderful stories from AYSO volunteers, parents and alumni. Here were some of our favorites:
 
"I have been in AYSO for years now. I have coached U-6 for five seasons, U-8 for a season and this season, a U-10 team. I also am a certified ref and have refereed about 14 or 15 games. Love It!" - Daniel
 
"We joined the AYSO family 17 years ago. Both 'boys' aged out many years ago, but my husband, who has been a ref for 16 years, is now the RRA, my oldest and I run the concession stand." - Susan
 
"I was a player in Region117 in the 1980s, been a parent and coach for the last 9 years! Some years coaching more than one team. I love AYSO!" - Nancy
 
"15 years. Volunteer, Coach or Asst. Coach of every division U6-U16 with our daughter and 3 sons. Going into second year now as Regional Commissioner for our area!" - Christine
