NAGM Voting FAQs
If I register on eAYSO, does that register me for voting at the NAGM?
Using eAYSO to register for the meeting does not register your vote. The only way to register your vote for the NAGM is to 1) Submit your signed Proxy form or 2) Visit the Proxy Room at the NAGM and sign the Proxy book. All votes - Proxy and in-person - must sign the Proxy book and be given a badge.

When will I receive my voting package?
The Proxy Mailing (Special Mailing) will go out on April 20, 2012, to all eligible (voting) Executive Members of AYSO. This group includes Regional Commissioners of Charter Regions, Area Directors, Section Directors, Special Directors and members of the National Board of Directors. Any Executive Member whose term has expired will not be eligible to vote.

You may mail your completed Proxy in the envelope included in the packet or to:

What should I do with my Proxy?
Proxies can be handled several different ways:
- Assign your Proxy to someone and mail/fax/email your form to the National Office prior to the deadline date
- Assign your Proxy to someone and turn it over to your Area Director or the person attending the NAGM in your place
- Complete your Proxy as "vote only as indicated" and mail to the National Office prior to the deadline date
- Complete your proxy as "vote only as indicated" and turn it over to your Area Director to bring to the NAGM.

What if I can't find my Proxy?
In the event that your Proxy is lost or destroyed, a copy of the Proxy will be posted on AYSO.org under Events > NAGM after April 20, 2012.
