Jill Meshekow Biography

Director Of Human Resources, Safe Haven™ & Facilities

Jill Meshekow, the newest director at AYSO, joined the organization in 2007 and is currently the Director of Human Resources and Facilities. As the Human Resources Director, Jill is responsible for all phases of the employment process at the National Office. She is also responsibly for oversight of the National Office facility as well as Supply Center and Safe Haven™.

Before joining AYSO, Jill was at the Torrance Unified School District (TUSD), where she developed job opportunities for Special Education students. She also educated and counseled students to develop their potential in the workplace. Jill’s work at TUSD put her in touch with the youth population and their needs - that experience, coupled with her extensive HR background - have made for a very practical pairing here at AYSO.

While Jill joined the National Office in 2007, her involvement in AYSO has been a long one. She played in AYSO as a young girl, and is a self proclaimed “soccer mom” as two of her children have played in AYSO and her third child will be next in line for a U-5 team.

Jill graduated with Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a B.A. in psychology and a business minor. Jill has a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
